TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Service Agreement

By engaging with CodiType for video editing, graphic design, or web development services, you agree to the following:

  • Project scopes and timelines will be defined in the initial consultancy session.
  • Revisions are limited to three rounds per project unless otherwise stated.
  • Final deliverables will be provided upon full payment receipt.

2. Course Policies

For students enrolled in our Adobe Premiere Pro or other professional courses:

  • Live sessions start promptly at the scheduled time. No recordings are guaranteed for missed live sessions.
  • Course fees are non-refundable once the course has commenced.
  • Sharing course materials or live session links with non-enrolled individuals is strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property

Respecting creative ownership is fundamental to CodiType:

  • Clients retain full copyright of final commissioned work after completion and payment.
  • CodiType retains ownership of all source files, project templates, and course instructional materials.
  • CodiType reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our "Work" portfolio.

4. Payment Terms

All transactions must be completed through our verified payment channels (Bkash/Nagad for local students, or as specified for CodiType clients).

  • CodiType projects require a 50% upfront deposit to secure the slot.
  • Course enrollments must be paid in full before the start of the first session.
